MASTERCLASS The Kleshas - Removing Obstacles

‘Klesha’ is a negative mental state that clouds the mind causing suffering and the conditions for suffering to arise. They are obstacles that prevent a person from reaching a state of enlightenment and freedom.
The class will involve a discussion of each Klesha and reflection through meditation, followed by a sweet vinyasa flow to help burn them up.

Yoga on a paddle board is super fun. Prepare to be thrilled, challenged and quickly addicted to the fluidity of yoga on a paddle board.
The changing sky above you and the cool water below brings the feeling of serenity and calmness to your yoga practice. The sounds of nature and water make the perfect yoga music.
You’ll re-discover many simple yoga poses in a new dimension and this makes you humble as a yoga practitioner.
Balance, movement, judgement and concentration all demand a new level of strength and energy as your body, your mind, the board, the water and nature unite as one, a harmony of energy, tranquillity and delight.
Confidence and calmness in the water will certainly help, but you don’t need to be a strong swimmer to enjoy the excitement of SUP Yoga.
