Rejuvenate your body and mind to find health, peace and joy. This one week holistic experience promotes a deeper connection with your body, mind and spirit in a beautiful setting close to the white sand beaches of Jimbaran.
In the morning we wake up our body with a vinyasa practice to create an energetic flow that connects our movements to our breath and free the energy in our bodies so we are ready to start the day.
In the evening, we end with a yin/nidra yoga practice. To relax, renew and calm down our system for a soothing night under the Balinese stars.
